At Ello®, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Ello® products in their original boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
